We offer hands-on cooking classes for every skill level of cooking enthusiast. Most of our classes run between 2 and 2 1/2 hours in length with a max of 12 students (unless otherwise noted). You will work closely with the chef and trained culinary assistants in groups of two. Each student will receive recipes to take home and will enjoy a socially distanced dinner with class members when the cooking’s done.

What is a cooking class like?
Our cooking classes are hands-on and, unless otherwise noted, are 2-2 1/2 hours in length You will be working in groups of 2 and recipes will be provided. Stations are available on a first come basis, so if you would like all of your party to be together we encourage you to arrive 10 minutes before class begins.
Are classes appropriate for all ages?
We have a variety of classes structured for different age groups. Before you sign up for a class, please note the recommended age in the descrtiption.

How do I register for a class?
You can register online or in the studio. Once you are signed up, you are confirmed for the class. Please mark the date on your calendar, and we’ll also send a reminder email. We cannot be responsible for classes missed due to incorrect or bounced emails.
When should I arrive?
We encourage you to plan on arriving at least 10 minutes before the start of class. Of course, things happen! If you are running late, please call to inform us and when you arrive we will get you started and caught up as soon as we can. Being 30 minutes late without a call will result in a forfeit of the class. We cannot accept emails to notify us you’re running late.
Can I take food home?
The amount of food you make will vary depending on the class. We can provide take home containers for you, and we encourage you to refrigerate & heat your food properly to ensure food quality. Once food has left our studio we are not responsible for its safety.
How many students are in each class?
During this time, all classes will have a limit of 12 participants to allow for proper distancing. The minimum for a class is 4 participants. If a class is cancelled due to low enrollment you will be offered to reschedule or be refunded. We will do our best not to cancel class.
Do you have any special offers or discounts?
When you register for another class during a class and you will receive 20% off. Each participant will also receive a coupon for discounted take-home meals from the a la carte refrigerator.
What should I wear?
We will be standing & walking around a commercial kitchen. It can be hot and there is sharp equipment. Please wear apprpriate clothing along with closed toe shoes and restrain long hair.
What if I have food allergies?
Please review the menu for your class carefully. We will do our best to accommodate serious food allergies, but please note that we use Treenut, Peanut, Soy, Dairy, Eggs & Wheat in this kitchen. If you have any concerns, please contact us to discuss.
Who teaches the class?
Most classes are taught by chef/owner Jaime Carmody. Guest instructors will be noted in class descriptions. Our chef instructors are all trained culinary professionals.
Do I have to sign a waiver?
Yes, all class participants are requred to sign a waiver before class begins. You will need to sign a waiver for yourself and parents will need to sign for minors. You are agreeing to our policies, the possible risks of cooking in a commercial kitchen, and photography.
Do you have a bar?
We offer a full cash bar and non-alcoholic beverages. Some classes may include a complimentary drink, if listed in the description.
Can I book a private class with friends?
Private classes are a unique way to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, or just to have a great time with friends. Class gift certicates make a unique and thoughtful gift as well. We offer a variety of options for private events, either in our studio or in your home. Please contact us to plan a menu and arrange a date.
